We encourage clients to book their event as early as possible, especially during high-demand seasons. Most celebrations are secured three to six months in advance, which allows us the time to design intentionally, source premium elements, and ensure every detail aligns with your vision. However, we understand that some events are planned last minute, and we do our best to accommodate those requests with a minimum of two weeks’ notice. Please note that confirmation of booking is always contingent on date availability.

Once your design is approved, we move into production—sourcing materials, coordinating logistics, and preparing all elements for a smooth installation. On the day of your event, our team manages the full setup and returns afterward for breakdown, creating a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.
Absolutely. Customization is a core part of what we do. Whether you’re envisioning a specific color palette, a themed environment, or signature décor elements, we design each event uniquely for you. If you have inspiration photos or personal touches you’d like incorporated, we refine them into a cohesive, intentional, and elevated aesthetic that reflects your style while maintaining the luxury standard YLE is known for.
Yes. To secure your date on our calendar, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This allows us to begin planning, sourcing, and customizing your décor with confidence. The remaining balance is due prior to your event and will be outlined clearly based on the scope of services you select. This structure ensures transparency, protects your data, and allows us to deliver your event with the level of excellence you expect.
